If you are currently a North Texas School of Ministry Campus facilitator, you may use this form to order books.

Book Store Order Forms will be processed during NTXSOM hours.
NTXSOM hours are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, from 8am-5pm.
Once processed, allow 7-10 additional days for shipping.
Very Important: It is your responsibility to order the book far enough in advance to leave time for processing & shipping.
The book will be shipped to the address you provide on the form.
