Re-take Exam Instructions

 

​1st Re-take Exam

• There is a $35 Re-take Fee for the 1st re-take. 

• No SLR required for the 1st re-take exam.

• Re-take exam order forms will be processed during NTXSOM hours.

• NTXSOM hours are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, from 8am-5pm.

• Once processed, Re-take exam instructions will be emailed to you.

2nd Re-take Exam

• If you fail the re-take exam, you will need to Re-enroll in the course.

• You will submit the examination online on your GU Student Portal 

• A 2nd re-take requires submission of a new SLR.
