​Course Extension

First Extension

• Once you register for a course, you have 6 months to complete the course by submitting a passing exam & satisfactory SLR.

• There is a $50 Course Extension Fee required if you need additional time to complete the course.

• The course expiration date is listed on the course listing on your GU Student Portal.

• Submit one form per course that requires an extension.

Processing Information​

• Course Extension Forms will be processed during NTXSOM hours.

• NTXSOM hours are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, from 8am-5pm.

• Once processed, the course will be available on your GU Student Portal.

Second Extension

• If the course expires again OR one year has passed since the original registration, you will need to register again for the course.
